Sport Development International was founded by Frederick Claro, a High Performance Rugby Coach trained in New Zealand. He also is the Training Director for Japan and France of the Tudor Bompa Institute (TBI), a certified Periodization-Planification (P-PS) and Junior Athlete Training Specialist (JATS) for the Institute. Additionally, Frederick is also a member of the Canadian Certified Personal Trainer Network (CPTN). Sport Development International networked relationships with high performance coaches in numerous sports, hence providing our members with the utmost training knowledge and experience for their requested training needs. We specialize in the development of athletes and team players towards high performance achievements from young athlete to specialized high performance athlete. To maximize results, we plan trainings according to specifically adapted periodized schedules designed to fit individual athletes / teams' needs as requested. At Sport Development International we apply training principles issued from the latest sport science evolved models, specifically for the complete development of young athletes. In this case, training parameters for biomotor abilities development are taken into consideration from pre-puberty up to high performance levels. Our level of expertise extends towards the periodization plans for high performance development in most sports. Sport Development International is currently based in Kitami, Hokkaido (northern Japan) where we are developing programs for a youth sport academy. We are counseling young and mature athletes, players and teams in numerous countries such as Japan, France, Canada, U.K, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Morocco, or Cameroon.
